Meet The Ownership
TERRY ALLDREDGE
Terry grew up in a small agriculturally based community in northern California, the son of a civil highway general superintendent. Beginning from his earliest formative years he was taught the sound tenants of hard work and honesty, making this a key component of his character today. Terry added a bachelor’s degree in construction management at one of this nation’s most honored and respected institutions, California State University at Chico. He has 40+ years of diverse experience both on grade and in the office. He thrives and excels in estimating, project management, building vendor, subcontractor, customer, and owner relationships and leans on his vast experience, work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset for the implementation of a strategic and sustainable business plan. Terry maintains a strong professional and business acumen, is creative, analytical and solution oriented. Terry started his construction career as a laborer and was mentored by some of the best in the industry, maintained employment with the same organization for 25+ years. He rose quickly though the organization culminating the position of district manager in Chico, CA and onto president of the Casper division in Wyoming. Terry moved to Denver in 2010 making Colorado his home to broaden his knowledge and experience, strengthen his career, build new relationships, make a positive impact within the industry, and make a difference.
Luis Acosta
Luis Acosta has 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Moved to Denver at age 7. Resided and educated in Aurora, CO. Began his construction career at age 17 as a laborer/mucker on a concrete highway paving crew. As a quick learner and hard worker, Luis quickly advanced, mastering many equipment operating skills, promoting him to a lead man and into a foreman position early in his career. With his efficiency and knowledge of how to perform removals and construct proper subgrade section(s), along with his creative and production-oriented mindset, he graduates as the on-site go-to person in all scenarios. Luis has mastered every aspect required to build all civil infrastructure within the industry. In his formative years, most of his time was spent on high-production interstate and airport projects. Whether it’s equipment operation, project approach, integrating GPS into the work plan, organizing crews, or general supervision, Luis enjoys interacting with others and excels in all these areas.
Lupe Garcia
Lupe Garcia has 23 years of experience in the construction industry. He began working with his father at age 14 for his father’s structural concrete company in Mexico. We know Lupe as “anything concrete.” Lupe immigrated to Denver, Colorado, with 40,000+ man-hours of structural concrete experience. Whether it’s columns, foundations, highrise condos, flatwork, or reinforcing steel, Lupe excels within this trade. Lupe immigrated to Denver in 2014 to continue his career, education, and knowledge of civil concrete projects in Colorado. In addition to earning his citizenship in 2023, Lupe has expanded his expertise by completing high-profile DIA airport projects, CDOT projects, mile-high flood district projects, as well as many city, county, municipality, residential, commercial, and private work scopes.
