PROJECTS
Below are a few project highlights of the work completed or currently in progress as of 12/31/2024. Our intent is to illustrate project diversity and markets we serve while complementing our customers and core business. TALL Contracting & Consulting Co. officially began their first project on May 20, 2024. Hard work, determination and teamwork produced a respectable first year for us. Within a 6-month timeline, despite the many challenges and constraints our owner’s faced with this 2024 mid-year startup, we successfully acquired 11 new clients and 18 projects. Yes, our performance and customer satisfaction paid us dividends by creating a repeat business culture. 45% of our 2024 customer base chose to retain us for delivery of new projects for us. We are extremely grateful for this display of customer loyalty and trust. These projects helped fill a void in our schedule and partially replaced previously awarded projects that were unexpectedly shelved or cancelled due to the impacts of inflation and market uncertainty. We are heading into 2025 with a respectable backlog. Additional customers and new project acquisition are a focal point for us; we look forward to introducing you to our team and fulfilling your project needs. Stay tuned, for added project posts are to come….

Maintenance Project
Project Goals/Challenges: Customer acquired this property in Q3 of 2024 and requested a low-cost pavement maintenance solution that would potentially extend the life of an aged existing driving surface for
an additional 3+ years. We could not begin work until the roofing subcontractor finished their work scope in late October. Luckily, we experienced unseasonably warm weather, increased our manpower, worked long days including weekends, managed a complex traffic handling plan and delivered the project on time, ahead of schedule and within the owners budget.
